Louis V (Vi) Bean, III brings over 36 years of experience in real estate and right-of-way acquisition. As the broker of SinglePoint Realty, he obtained his license in 1990. He is also the founder of SinglePoint Acquisitions, which delivers expert right-of-way, project management, land acquisition, survey, and consulting services to the energy, real estate, and utility sectors throughout the Southeastern United States. A member of the International Right of Way Association since 1985, he held the position of President for Georgia Chapter 22 in 2000. Vi was recognized as the Professional of the Year for the Chapter in 2000, 2010, and 2011. His extensive experience offers a valuable perspective on how external factors, such as easements, can affect your land purchase, whether it be a subdivision lot or a large agricultural property.

Chasity Durham has 16 years of experience in the industry with her focus on two main areas, residential real estate and utility acquisitions. This diverse background opens the door of opportunity to educate  REALTORS®  when it comes to understanding the transfer of ownership, title research, and how to approach a property with an existing encumbrance, encroachment, or easement. This can be a valuable resource for buyers and sellers with larger tracts of land especially. She has an active Broker’s license in Georgia and South Carolina. She is a student of the industry. Chasity is currently the President of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA, Chapter 22). In addition, she has served as Vice President of her HOA, which adds additional knowledge that both agents and buyers can benefit from when addressing concerns with a prospect listing. She thrives in a “spreadsheet world” as we call it, which is what keeps us moving forward and on track in this fast-changing market. A woman of many hats for sure, she is a mother of two beautiful adult daughters and a toy Aussie. When people ask what keeps her going with all she has on her plate, her answer is: that’s easy Jesus, family, friends, and COFFEE!!

Hi, My name is Kathy Chastain, licensed real estate agent with SinglePoint Realty, in

Duluth, Ga. Being a native Georgian, serving the metro Atlanta area and beyond with my

real estate services since 2002, I am available to find you the house that you can call

“home”. My experience is both in mortgage lending, real estate sales and right of way

administrative positions.

My passion is selling real estate. Growing up in the Gwinnett area, my family also had a

business in Gwinnett. I currently reside in South Georgia and serve clients in both the

Atlanta area and beyond. I graduated from Georgia State University, so I do love the city,

but my area of expertise is in the surrounding suburbs of Atlanta.
